Indus University Hospital, Pakistan’s leading free-of-cost tertiary healthcare network, is hiring across multiple departments — including its CAP and AABB accredited Clinical Laboratory & Blood Transfusion Directorate. The hospital is looking for experienced professionals as well as fresh graduates to join its growing team.

Open Positions
Senior Manager / Manager – Human Resources
- Qualification: MBA/MPA (HR) or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience: 10–12 years of progressive HR experience managing a large workforce (1000+) preferred, including at least 5 years in a managerial role; alternatively, 8–10 years of progressive HR experience including at least 3 years as Deputy Manager or Assistant Manager
Senior Manager / Manager – Education
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Health Education, Educational Studies, or a related discipline
- Experience: 8–10 years of progressively responsible experience in health education, including 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role, with experience in curriculum development and program management
Data Analyst – Business Intelligence & Analysis
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience: Expert-level proficiency in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboard/report design) and Python (pandas, NumPy, scripting/automation for data pipelines) to build dashboards, models, and reports that drive business decisions
Senior Technologist (Histopathology, Cytology, Microbiology, Hematology, Chemical Pathology, Molecular Biology, Cytogenetics, and Immunology)
- Qualification: BSc / BS / MLT (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Technologist – Immunohematology
- Qualification: BSc / BS / MLT (Master’s degree preferred)
- Experience: Fresh graduates to 3 years of experience in Blood Banking
Biorepository Consent Coordinator
- Qualification: Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Health (MPH), Bioethics, or a related field
- Experience: 2–4 years of hospital experience obtaining and documenting valid informed consent, explaining procedures, risks, and benefits to patients, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and confidentiality requirements
Senior Officer / Officer – Biorepository
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related life sciences discipline
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in biobanking, molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratories, or biomedical research
Officer – Distribution
- Qualification: BBA (Supply Chain) or a related field
- Experience: Fresh graduates to 3 years of experience in Supply Chain / Blood Banking
Departmental Secretary – Blood Transfusion Directorate
- Qualification: B.Com / B.A
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, with advanced (Level 3) expertise in Microsoft Office
Senior Officer – Quality & Monitoring Directorate
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Trainee – Quality & Monitoring Directorate
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (MLT)
- Experience: Fresh graduates, or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant internship experience, are encouraged to apply
