💼 What’s the Job?
The Ministry is looking to fill 11 Intern positions. As an intern, you will be stationed at the Directorate of IT, RAILCOP House, Islamabad. Your tenure will be for six months, which is non-extendable.
Your Responsibilities
- First and foremost, you will be responsible for handling and operating the Pakistan Railways Call Center CRM.
- Furthermore, a key part of your role will be to develop and present a daily report through the CRM system.
- In addition to this, you will handle and address customer information queries related to train operations.

🎓 Are You Eligible?

- Crucially, you must be a Fresh Graduate with 16 Years of Education. This includes degrees in B.A (English), BS Computer Science/IT, BBA, Mass Communication, or Development Studies, from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Additionally, proficiency in the use of basic computer skills is mandatory.
- Significantly, candidates must be 25 years old or less.
- Furthermore, excellent communication skills coupled with good expression and impression are essential.

- Please note that preference will be given to candidates who are residents of Rawalpindi & Islamabad.
